If your toilet has a water tank then you should be good to go. Designed to fit most standard toilets, the Throne Topper is compatible with a wide range of bathroom setups, making it accessible to a broad audience. If your toilet uses a water tank, it is probably compatible. Flush-o-matic style toilets will not work unfortunately. You need to be able to access the inside of the water tank.  

No plumber or plumbing necessary. If you can access the water tank of your toilet, you should have no problem. Just lift up the lid and mount the flush detector line. With simple installation instructions included, the Throne Topper can be easily attached to most standard toilet tanks, requiring no special tools or expertise.

Most Throne Toppers sit upon a base measuring ~5.5in wide x 3in deep x 1.5in high (~14cm x 8cm x 4cm), and varies in size/height depending on the design you pick. Please see “Additional Information” under each product for exact size.

1. Refunds

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your Throne Topper. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item by email at info@thronetopper.com.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund minus any original shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your Throne Topper arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will do what we need to do to make it right.

Production

Throne Toppers are made to order and require 5-10 business days for production. Whimsey and elegance take time!

Shipping

• We offer standard shipping across the United States. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after production is completed.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We’ll provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.
